Joseph M. Mellichamp

Dr. Joseph McRae Mellichamp was Professor of Management Science in the Manderson College of Business at the University of Alabama for twenty-five years.

For most of his adult life since graduating from Georgia Tech with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Professor Mellichamp has been keenly interested in personal and organizational effectiveness. 

In the course of his university career and since retiring from academia, Dr. Mellichamp has developed a virtual library of materials that you will find extremely helpful in enhancing your own personal effectiveness.

Rae and his wife Peggy have traveled to and spoken on more than 200 university and college campuses in the U.S. and a dozen foreign countries.

Dr. Mellichamp’s materials and books have been translated into French, German, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese, and are used by people worldwide who are interested in enhancing their personal effectiveness.
